At Klum Home, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Custom or personalized furniture.
• Used items or items damaged not due to our error.
REFUNDS
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return cost.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please include photos as proof when contacting us.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
• If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us.
